I am a Wisconsin resident applying with a 3.58 cgpa and a 3.77 bcpm gpa and a 32 MCAT.
I did a post bacc, which is why my sgpa is higher than my cgpa, and I have a definite upward trend in my grades over the years and have plenty of shadowing/volunteering/clinical/research experience.

What are my chances at my in state schools: UW-Madison and Medical College of Wisconsin?

Probably decent chance at both WI schools if your EC's are good! I would recommend applying to more than two schools though.

Other schools to consider that are close to WI:
Loyola Stritch
Rosalind Franklin
Rush
Creighton
University of Minnesota
Iowa carver
Oakland Beaumont

If you aren't limiting yourself to the Midwest you could probably find a lot more options in your stat range
