3.59 cGPA, 3.6 sGPA, 30, TX resident - Help with OOS school list

Hey all,

I need help with my OOS school list. I am applying as a URM. My MCAT breakdown is 7V, 13PS, 10B (only thing worrying me is that 7, and no writing because I took the most recent one). I plan on applying to all of the Texas schools as well so any extra feedback on those would also be highly appreciated. I have good ECs that include hospital volunteer, doctor shadowing (including a competitive mentorship program that I had to apply to get in), mentor for children, founding member of a club, and other random events. Here's my current OOS school list:

-EVMS
-George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences-
-Georgetown University School of Medicine
-Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University
-Loma Linda
-Mayo Medical School (dream)
-Medical College of Wisconsin
-Meharry Medical College
-New York Medical College
-Miami- Miller School of Medicine
-University of Rochester School of Medicine
-Wake Forest School of Medicine
-Howard University College of Medicine
-Franklin-Chicago School of medicine

Maybe these (they're not on my "official" list but thinking about adding/replacing with a few):
-West Virginia School of Medicine
-Penn State
-Albany

Looking for any advice on what to add/remove based on my stats. Thanks again!
