Your chances at the SUNYs are good. Don't forget that some of the private schools in NY also have slight regional bias. I'd definitely apply to Einstein, Hofstra, and Rochester. Your GPAs are a bit low for the four Manhattan schools, but they're still worth a shot IMO.

I applied with very similar stats this cycle (same mcat, basically same GPAs), and snagged an interview at Baylor as well as several other top 50 schools (keck, colorado, UTSW and others). I also had an interview at NYMC in New York, and I'm guessing I would have had more interviews in New York if I was a resident like you.
