FSU matriculated only 2 non residents last year. Washington U is a far reach. Add more realistic schools such as:
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Oakland Beaumont
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
GW

I feel that your ECs are lethally weak.
Your stats are great, and I would suggest:

U VM
U Toledo
Miami
St. Louis
Albany
Albert Einstein
Rochester
NYMC
EVMS
Wake Forest
Jefferson
Temple
Drexel
MCW
Loyola
Emory
Mayo (both)
Hofstra
OR U

Thanks for the school list advice. I was planning to apply this spring. Will that be enough time to improve ECs? Should my ECs focus on shadowing, clinical volunteering, or other things? I was planning to work as a scribe during my gap year, but that won't be on my application if I apply in the spring.
