Below is what I think I will have by next year(Applying next summer). I want to get some feedback on how it looks overall.

Research activities
2 years of research in Psychology/Neuroscience
published as 2nd author
attended a conference(Poster presentation)

Clinical experience
1month of shadowing in a local family medicine office
4-5 months in a local hospital as a phlebotomist tech.
1 year of volunteering in a hospital in China (for North Korean refugees)

Volunteering
1 year of Volunteering as a music instructor in MVLE, a nonprofit organization for the people with disabilities.
Served a local church as a multi media director(making movies and announcements for the church) and as a leader of the praise band.

More things to be concerned..
I am asian(Korean) and I know it is slightly more difficult for asian to get into medical school
Also, I transfered from a local community college.
My undergraduate school is not so prestigious..its GMU.
I am a resident of VA

Here's what I got for the prerequisite

Cell bio: A
Bio Chem: A
infectious bio:A
Micro bio: A
Genetic: B+
Adv. Human anatomy1: A

Calculus 1:A
Calculus 2:A
Statistic:C

Gen Chem1: A
Gen Chem2: B-
Org Chem1:B
Org Chem2: B+

University Physics1: A
Univ. Physics Lab1:A
University Physics2: B
Univ. Physics Lab2:A

So.. who does it look? Do you think I have a chance with any MD school? I am also considering DO. Any recommendation for the overall? and recommended schools?

You need to work on your self-esteem. Your numbers and packet are excellent. Aim high. My school would gladly take you.
