Rush (note: very service/experience oriented with a 150hr service requirement. Avg student has 800 hours of community service, and >1800 hours of health care exposure.)

I would avoid applying to WVU and EVMS. EVMS for some reason this year is taking very high MCAT ppl and weeding away the ones below a 508. WVU is more forgivable to those in-state for the MCAT score so you're probably just dropping your penny into the ocean applying OOS. Don't waste the money.
