A postbac or SMP makes absolutely no sense here. You have to beat the MCAT.

You can get some review & support for your MCAT retake plan in the MCAT forum.

There are nearly infinite possibilities for a gap year other than being in school.

I'm not sure about Boston or Georgetown, but the minimum MCAT at Cincinnati is a 28. I agree with DrMidlife, just retake the MCAT and apply.
