3.8 GPA, 25 MCAT, three years of research, volunteer & shadow

MCAT: 25
GPA: 3.8 (State University in NY at Albany)
Research: 2 years stem cell research with one publication at Albany, one year of stem cell research at NYU
Shadowing: I checked the vital signs and such of patients at a general practitioner clinic in NJ
Volunteer: Nursing home shadowing geriatriciants and helping the elderly and such...

This is a very very brief summary of what I've done. I have awards and extra curricular involvement. But should I apply now, or retake the MCAT? I just graduated college so if I retake the MCAT, I will have to take 2 years off. SOMEONE GIVE MEH ADVICE PLZ...

Historical norms would predict about 30%.
It's probably less than that now.
