Delete Brown and U Wash. Brown accepts an absurd amount of students from linkage programs (ie BS/MD) and U Wash is an extreme reach for OOS people. Maybe you can replace it with Georgetown and GWU? Your GPA is great, but I'm not sure your MCAT is high enough to justify having that ratio of reaches to matches.

Looks much better! The only thing is Howard is a historically African American college so I'm not sure what your chances there are if you're not in that minority.
