Hello
I had just received my MCAT score and disappointingly received a 503 with a breakdown of 127/125/125/126. Prior to taking the test, I was getting about 515 on practice tests, but fell sick with the cold when taking the test. My cGPA and sGPA is 3.94 as calculated by AMCAS. I am Asian and I am a CA resident.

For extracurriculars, I have:
~300 hours of Clinical volunteering
~50 hours of shadowing a geriatric doctor
~ 2 years of undergraduate research in a biochem lab
~ 450 hours of volunteering in a hospice

While I do think its a longshot, I am applying to:
UCI
UCD
UCSD
UCLA
UCR
Rush
Rosalind Franklin
University of Utah
University of Illinois
University of Washington
Drexel
Oakland
SLU

Please evaluate my chances and help me add schools to my list. Thank you!

Here are the schools where your chances will be best (U WA only takes people from the WWAMI state, BTW). Your MCAT is < the 10% ile at all the other schools. State school favor the home team and thus you have to be > avg for them.

Loma Linda (but read their list of don'ts)

Oakland U Beaumont

Albany

Rosalind Franklin

WVU

UCD
UCI
UCR IF you're from the Inland Empire

Any DO school, starting with Western, Touro-CA and TUNCOM.

Thank you Goro for your help. I appreciate it

I was looking at the MSAR and I was wondering if other schools such as the ones listed below would be okay to add

University of Nebraska
University of Arizona
University of Louisville
University of Minnesota

I noticed I sit at the lower 10th percentile of the MCAT for those schools. Thank you
