Just submitted my app.. I know, it's late, but I'm slowly recovering from a car accident.
3.96 cGPA; 4.00 sGPA - 32 MCAT 9 VR/11 PS/12 BS

Summer research neuro- 500 hrs; 4 posters, 2 awards
2 publications
Shadowing cardiologist - 10 hrs
Shadowing ER- 100 hrs
Shadowing Internist - 250 hrs
Shadowing Pediatrician - 20 hrs
Research assistant in genetics - 400 hrs
Community Service w/ city recognition - 700 hrs
Research in development & axis development - 300 hrs; 1 poster
president of nutrition club - 300 hrs
vp of community service of - 100 hrs
"Other" community service work - 40 hrs
Tour guide - 300 hrs over 4 years

Delete Vanderbilt, your MCAT score is four points below their median. I am not optimistic when I see that type of spread.
