Shadowing: 4 doctors; 3 surgeons & 1 family doc
Volunteer: 3 medical trips to Haiti working in a clinic & some stuff teaching kids science
Extracurricular: 3 marathons & several half-marathons; Alpha Chi Sigma
Honors: Phi Beta Kappa, Sigma Xi (research society), some research awards, dean's list, bla bla bla

I would add the University of Michigan, looks like you've got a nice mix there anyway! Great stats too!
