I've read advice on this forum for students with low gpas who have not yet graduated undergrad yet to keep taking classes until you get that gpa higher -- shoot for 3.5 and you'd be a strong candidate
Nice work! Maybe there's a good reason for your gpa? If you just slacked off, then I think you'll need to bring that up somehow in order to be considered. Maybe get into one of those masters programs, and get straight A's. Maybe troll through MDapplicants and look for someone w/ similar numbers who has had success.
