4K to spend on surgpath online CMEs, books, DVDs

Need to exhaust my CME/book fund, and don't have time to travel to conferences.

Any suggestions on good online CMEs / DVD recordings etc. that can use up 4K?
Also, good books- esp. Gyn path.

The greatest GYN pathology book in the whole world is Blaustein. Unfortunately there is no electronic version available. There is an endometrial biopsy book by Mazur and Kurman that is also gold and is basically a condensed version of the endometrium chapters in Blaustein.

If you've got boards coming up you could buy the Osler materials. They're expensive but I thought they were useful.

I am looking for online material geared towards the practicing pathologist.
Something like what USCAP has here (recorded HQ video of courses from their meetings):
