You should be able to receive some interviews at the Texas schools due to your high GPA. The MCAT is above the 10% for several schools.

You are a fine candidate for many of your TX schools. They do love a good gpa!
I do not recommend an OOS MD application from TX unless it is a mission-based school (where you fit the mission), or those places where you are a likely candidate for a recruitment scholarship.
Shadow a longitudinal care physician. Schools where you have the strongest chance consider this important.
