Cornell and UCSF are reaches with your GPA. Rutgers takes mainly NJ residents. You could add these schools:

Americorps for a gap year in a health clinic: 1700 clinical volunteering hours by the end of the term
~3yrs research (1,445 hrs in 3 different labs: microbiology, neurobiology, adolescent psychology = 3 poster presentations and a summer fellowship)
2 medical brigades to honduras (set-up and ran 1 wk medical clinics)and 1 business brigade (teaching finance skills to a local indigenous tribe) to panama
