90 days to retake OAT?

Hi all,
So i took my first OAT in June, and plan to take it again, and i was wondering my retake oat date is originally from the date i took it before or from the date i register today? So today is 8/9 so will it be on november? Or from the date i took my first oat? Anyone knows how does it count?

3 months from the day you took it the first time. If you were TESTED on say June 1st, you can take it September 1. At least that's how I've interpreted it.
