Hi all

I wanted to get some opinion for those who are in OT school and those who are an occupational therapist. I became a paraplegic after an automobile accident two years ago and right now I'm a junior in college and considering my future career. I've personally worked with OT so I know what it is like. And I think mostly it's related to upper body strength and assist daily living. I wanted to ask some opinion about whether or not a person in a wheelchair in suitable in this career. Thanks so much! and looking forward to your replies!

Someone in my friend's class at Jefferson is in a wheelchair. So it is possible. I don't know anymore details, just know that she was accepted and did her first year last year.

One of the students in my class is also in a wheelchair.
