why is the answer C and not B? arent two equivalents of O2 produced per one equ of CFC?

the kaplan explanation for why A is wrong states "TWO equivalents of O2 are produced" I am just so confused by this question

its a free radical chain rxn where propagation creates more free radicals which can produce more O2
