i think we all agree acetic acid is weakly acidic so we would assume there's not that much dissociation yet here in this question from AAMC, they assume acetic acid completely dissolves by suggesting that [H+]=[A-]

could you elaborate on this? i ended up guessing on this question cause i remembered you can't assume weak acids dissociate entirely

It does not imply that acetic acid completely dissociates. It implies that for every molecule of acetate in solution, there must have also been one proton released due to the dissociation of acetic acid.
