So I have all of the older versions of the AAMC practice tests.

I have the newer versions but not the answer keys, which after doing much searching, I have determined are impossible to buy separately.

So what should I do? Are the older versions sufficient? Do i need to buy all 8 of the newer version?

MCAT is on July 31st.

I also have I think 14 old Kaplan FLs.

The new CBTs are the older versions with some parts cut out to make it the new appropriate length.

So you should be ok with those, but it might be worth it to buy a couple of the CBTs to get used to the computer format
