Accidently Assigned 4 Letters - One more SLOE coming. Advice?

Currently have 2 SLOEs and 2 non-SLOEs with one more SLOE coming. The plan was to have 2 SLOEs and 1 non-SLOE sent right now and send the 3rd SLOE when it comes in.

However, I got some schools mixed up and now have 2 SLOEs and 2 non-SLOEs for a few schools. I know we can only sent 4 LORs maximum and residencies will want to know how I did on my last away rotation. What do you think I should do?

I have e-mailed program coordinators/directors SLOEs for medical students in this position, and it wasn't a problem. Get a list of e-mails of program coordinators for programs you have applied to and let the clerkship coordinator/director know and they should be able to e-mail them all your SLOE.
