Additional Information Question on Secondary

Is it acceptable to include personal medical information in secondaries? For example, one question asks if I've had any unusual factors or experiences that might have affected my application. I had eye surgery where they implanted completely new lenses in my eyes, and for about a month and a half, it was hard to even look at a computer screen. My vision is completely fine now. Would mentioning this be acceptable? I want to indirectly hint at the fact that my MCAT is a little on the low end because the surgery affected my studying and ability to stare at the MCAT screen for 3+ hours.
