I'm designing a pair of glasses myself. I already have both optometrist-lenses, but can't place them correctly on the frame bridge.

I feel as if I was Cross eyed. Or like looking outwards with both eyes like a Chihuahua.

How do I calculate the lenses axes?
How do I get them "straight" according to my face?

RX Right _SPH 4.50 _CYL 2.00 _AX 0º
RX Left _SPH 3.75 _CYL 2.00 _AX 180º

PS
I don't have optometrist gear. And my optometrist doesn't design glasses, I do. He only sells stock items.
