Alkaline phosphatase 1' hyperparathyroidism

I wonder why ALP is increased in primary hyperparathyroidism while it's known the latter stimulates osteoclast activity? I have read somewhere that ALP increases in osteoblastic activity! Did I miss anything?!

since osteoclast dont have receptor for pth so pth stimulate osteob;ast which realease ap and also stimulate the osteoclast
