Ambien Induced Priapism?

Had a patient with priapism after Trazodone. He was then placed on Ambien. Only other med is Albuterol. He had another episode of priapism and went to ED this am but it resolved without treatment. I've never heard of Ambien being the culprit for priapism but referred him for another urology consult as his followup was a year away. Thoughts?

As you probably know, trazodone has been definitely linked to priapism, along with a host of other drugs
I have not heard of Ambien being one of the others, though
Perhaps the effect of the trazodone has not worn off yet, the fact that the second episode resolved spontaneously might indicate the culprit is a lingering effect of the trazodone
