Hey guys, on the NBME website I noticed that they had practice exams for the following subjects(below this message). Aside from the usual cores that we have to complete, should I rotate in Neurology and ambulatory medicine as well? Initially I wanted to do multiple audition rotations in Internal medicine as that is the field I want to go into. At the same time, I don't want to jeopardize my step 2 ck score(I am an IMG).
1) What would you recommend?
2) Is Ambulatory medicine the same as Emergency medicine?
3) Should I do a rotation in both adult ambulatory medicine and pediatric ambulatory medicine? Or can regular ambulatory medicine suffice for both subjects?

Ambulatory = outpatient. My school does an 8 week ambulatory medicine and pediatrics required clerkship, but that's pretty uncommon from what I've heard. How much outpatient exposure have you had?
