AMCAS GPA Recalculation Request

I submitted a request the have my GPA recalculated about a week ago and all I have received since then is a copy of the original note I sent them (sent to my provided email address).

Does anyone know how the process works, how long it takes, how they notify schools if they change anything, and how we know when they make a decision about changing it?

i did this as well (they left 2 of my classes off). i submitted a request, which they denied in 2 weeks. (they refused to look for the correct transcript-no way they should have denied it.) Finally, I called them and they recalculated it that very day. you gotta BUG the hell out of them.
