AMCAS Help - Multiple Dates of University Attendance

I attended a university for both dual credit in high school (one course) and summer school (one course). Should I combine the dates (make it look continuous) or make two separate entries on AMCAS? The transcript shows SPRING 2011 and SUMMER 2012 (same transcript).
