I was finding it hard to keep track of tables of antibiotics for step, so I compiled them all into a big visual chart separated by drug class and mechanism of action. It's centered on US medical practices, and has over 60 commonly used antibiotics. Since my classmates are finding the thing very useful, I've put it up for sale on amazon.
