Hello, I'll cut right to the good stuff.
Washington State resident.
MCAT: 34 (PS/12 BS/10 VR/12)
cGPA: 3.8 sGPA: 3.9
ER volunteer 100+ hours
Shadowing ~50hrs (Surgeon, ER, Family Med)
Two research projects: One was an applied ethics research project with possible publication in the future. The second was electrochemistry research. Both required a significant amount of professional writing and presentations/posters. No biomedical research unfortunately.
Buckets of non-clinical volunteering both in the local community and globally.
Work experience: Tutor and TA for 2+ years
No criminal record.

You're golden! Nothing wrong with aiming high

I suggest the following. Nothing wrong with aiming high; the ones I have in bold are schools where your MCAT score is 1-2 points below their avg, and your GPA is the same as the school avg. Thus, proceed with caution on these, but I feel you're in striking distance for some.
