Any good micro sites?

Any good flash sites that describe the entire pathogenesis of each microbe from entry-->clinical presentation?

Or perhaps any websites that do so? It'd be great to add some color to the microcards I'm using to get an idea of what some things look like. It would be incredibly unreal if there was a flash animation for each microbe from the moment of infection--> pathogenesis--> clinical presentation (it would be such a great teaching tool)...but I'm willing to settle for anything mildly helpful at this point.
