Any info on the "Multiple Mini Interview" process and/or SUNY Upstate Medical Interview?

Looking for any info/tips on the multiple mini interview process and/or the Upstate Med interview process since they use this process. Not trying to get answers of specific questions from Upstate or anything, just a general understanding of the MMI process. Thanks!
