Any suggestions to where I can do a rural hospital pcp rotation in Southern California?

My school requires this of me. I know many DO schools also have this requirement. Any idea where I can reach out to do this near my home instead of across the country?

Is it restricted to just rural or does underserved also work? If so there are plenty of free clinics and charity organizations that take students for rotations. If it has to be rural, then you're looking at somewhere east with lots of farmland like Chino or something. Does your school not give you a list of places previous students have gone to for these types of rotations?
