Anyone applied and heard back from Wisconsin Madison OT program?

I have yet to hear back from UWM, my application with them was a little strange as they did not charge me a fee to apply. They said it was some glitch in their system and I should consider it a gift. However, I am now concerned that this glitch could have cost me my application not being processed. Has anyone heard back from them yet?
