I would focus just on rotations unless you need to undertake specific remediations in notably weak areas. Micro and pharm will always be good to have on rotations, two areas students are often times needing to play catch up.
The high yield pre-clinical stuff will be reinforced multiple times during your clerkships. The thing that will help you do best on step 2 is studying hard and doing well on your shelf exams.
