AOBEM - how you getting your 1A credits?

I'm 3 years out of AOA EM residency (Osteopathic Intership included), AOBEM board certified. For my 2013-2015 CME cycle I'm good in all areas except AOA 1A credits (osteopathic credits).

I work in an allopathic community hospital no where close to any AOA programs. Aside from a conference or finding a AOA residency, what other ways can I knock out these last 15 1A AOA credits I need except going to ACOEP Scientific Assembly (yuck) in the fall?

I even completed my COLA hoping those would count toward 1A credit but they don't. So painful.
