Application process?

Hello,

I saw many posts like this question, but the most of them were before 2010. I am sorry to re-post similar question again.

Do they wait until the deadline to go through applications? or Do they just go through applications during the submission period, and start to select students?

Most places won't even touch the apps until after the deadline.

We definitely don't look at applications until after the deadline. In fact, our deadline is before Christmas break but we typically don't look at them until early January, because it takes awhile for the staff to put together a spreadsheet of info on the applicants.
