I would 100% scramble and apply. You will already be waiting almost a year between now and when classes begin if you apply this cycle. If you wait another cycle, you won't begin OT school for almost 2 years. As long as you meet the minimums for everything, I would apply. Worst case you end up not getting in and taking a year to prepare, which is what you are already considering.
 
Apply now. Your stats look good. I took time off (only a year) and really regret it!
