apply to GWU and Georgetown

I'm trying to decide whether I should bother applying to GWU/ Georgetown with my stats.

Undergrad GPA (Biology):
cGPA: 3.58
sGPA: 3.3

Graduate GPA (Biomedical Sciences): 3.5

MCAT: 29 (VR: 8 PS: 9 BS: 12)

Solid work/volunteer experiences and pretty good LORs.

It would be really low yield.
GW: 13,683 applications, median MCAT 31
GT: 12,250 application, median MCAT 32

Not worth it IMO. Sure they don't have as high of admission stat averages as some places, but they are among the top applied to schools each year. Why would your app/stats stand out in a choice of 10k apps at each place?
