Are CME expenses tax-deductible?

    All depends on whether they were paid for with pre or post-tax dollars

    ok, then yes if you are paying out of your salaried money, which is my presumption. That you took your money from the bank and paid for CME, then it is deductible. If you paid through it through the corporation that you own, then it is a business expense and not a personal deduction.
