Hey guys, just wondering if Germinal Centers are fair game, and if so, how much I need to know about them?

If you haven't looked at Bio in awhile, Germinal Centers are located in the spleen and are where the B-cells of the immune system go to "proliferate, differentiate, mutate their antibodies or switch antibodies classes from normal immune response to an infection."

That last part was a quote straight from Wikipedia, since I haven't seen this mentioned in Cliff's AP Bio, Destroyer (so far) or KBB... Only reason I stumbled upon it is because in Destroyer it said that B-cells develop in the fetal liver and spleen, so I went a'googling for the answer!
