Are there any videos that inspire you?

You know there are all types of surgeries available on youtube and or-live. But i watch some of them and i cant say for any of the videos 'i'd like to do that'. I am especially unimpressed with any videos where they rely on microscopes or cameras or anything else where you can't directly see what you're cutting. So post here anything that inspires you.
