ASA conference poster topics

Hey guys,

I was wondering what kind of topics are presented at conferences like ASA. I have done research in anesthesia but it's bench lab work (with rats) and nothing clinical. I would like to have a poster but I'm wondering if the research isn't clinical enough.

follow the first link to see a list of things that get accepted as posters... It's all the things you'd think and, yes, bench research is sought-after.

I should add that if you're doing bench research, you're not doing it alone and surely there's a PI or mentor or senior person directing what you're doing. I'm surprised they're not telling you where to submit his/her/your work.
