I have been offered a partnership offer in an ASC.

Does anybody know what a fair buy-in based on EBITA

It's a newer surgery center, been open for one year.

Target 5x, but somewhere between 5-7x would be reasonable for single-specialty controlling interest.

Target 3x (3-3.9 range) for minority interest for single-specialty minority interest.
