I am currently a high school senior and planning on starting college fall of 2015. I have been accepted to a college and am currently waiting on other responses, but now my pain priority is looking for scholarships. I always hear about how you should ask your local hospitals if they offer scholarships, but how should I go about doing this? As of this moment the hospitals I am thinking about is 1. the children's hospital. For the past two years I have worked with the Child Life Specialist delivering care packages I made to the children there. #2. The University hospital in town that I shadowed a doctor there two summers ago. #3. the other children's hospital that I was admitted to for a week a couple months ago. Any ideas who I can contact? What exactly to say?

Contact the volunteer director and say, "I heard that some hospitals have scholarship opportunities available, and I was wondering if your hospital offered scholarships."

Or do a google search and apply.
