I took an Aerodynamics course my freshman year and it was basically physics for pilots. The course description is: "Theory of flight, aircraft structure and control, propulsion, performance, and weight and balance." The course was called "Aerodynamics and Performance." Do you think this could be considered a physics class and be included in my BCPM GPA?

yes

it doesn't necessarily have to be classified as physcis, math, biology or chem to count towards BCPM GPA. As long as the course contnet covers one of them. You should be okay as long as there was a lot of physics and/or math in this class which I assume that there would have been.
