This course is designed for the internationally trained dentist, who seeks to get accepted in accredited dental schools. This course will give in depth knowledge of different operative instruments, how to use them, learn to prepare ideal cavity design and crown preparation. Introduction to removable partial denture concepts and design will be discussed as will different modifications of the designs when taking licensure examination. This course will give ample time to do hands-on. We will review most updated requirements on licensing exam such as NERB, WREB, CRDTS.

Course Objectives
At the completion of the course participants will be able to:

• Be able to identify operative instruments and make correct choices on using instruments
• Be able to apply knowledge gained in the course to cavity preps, crown preps and RPD design in any clinical situation.
• Carefully choose dental materials for the cavity and crown preps.
• Gain overall knowledge on the licensing examinations.
