Best Material for Electrostatics/Electromagnetism?

Been having trouble in these areas (have always been rather weak). Chad's video's don't cover much beyond the basics and Idk what material is best. Any advice?

I'm using the TBR chapter 8 in Phys II book and it is very good in conceptually explaining electrostatics so if you have TBR maybe use that-
