Best reference(s) for questions on med crushing or per feeding tube?

I've yet to find a decent reference for medications that can be crushed and given per tube. Usually I have to rely off an obscure case study found on google/pubmed. (eg. giving Aggrenox per tube) Does anyone have a good reference or list?

I usually just search "crush" in
Micromedex and a do not crush list comes up. Usually works for what I need on the fly.

The Red Book lists crushables, too. It looks like it is in transition to a digital form, though.
